When sailing through the deep Boka Kotorska fjord, we approach Kotor with the old town hidden from view, surrounded by high mountains and medieval stone fortifications. In this way, Kotor managed to retain its significant strategic naval position throughout its entire history, especially during Venetian and Austro-Hungarian rule. The medieval walls and fortresses on the shore, sometimes in close contact with the sea, are the thematic and direct physical context of the new Dojmi pavilion.
